The Torres del Paine Legacy Fund is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to transforming tourism into a force for positive change in Patagonia. We collaborate with Torres del Paine National Park and its neighboring communities on conservation and development projects. Our goal is to alleviate pressure on the area's natural resources and bridge local economic gaps.

Jekčal / Huemul Project 2022-2024

For two years we have been carrying out concrete actions to support the Conservation of the Huemul (Hippocamelus bisulcus) in Chile.

Here you can see and read in detail about the main milestones of this emblematic project carried out in the Torres del Paine National Park and the Province of Última Esperanza.

During the winter of 2024, an important suspension bridge in Torres del Paine was damaged by an avalance. Park rangers from CONAF, Conservation VIP and the Legacy Fund team quickly mobilized human and financial resources to provide a prompt solution.

Our commitment to Torres del Paine National Park and sustainable tourism allow us to carry out conservation actions in the park, channeling funds from our community of supporters to address park priority challenges.
